Description: This course is for gourmets and gourmands alike. French gastronomy has been designated by UNESCO as a part of “world intangible heritage,” and as such deserves close study and appreciation. Students will learn about culinary traditions, customs and etiquette through weekly readings, recipes and presentations by the instructor and students. This is part 3 of this series. No requirement to have studied the first 2 parts.
